Service Logbook

The Service Logbook enables you to record service actions. You can leave notes on anything relevant to the operation of your machine. Think of configuration changes, executed maintenance work and problems that arose. This way, you and your colleagues have a central overview of all service interactions in your machine.

Each user can add notes and edit and delete their own notes. The logbook will display other users as Unknown user if you do not have the permission Manage users. Platform administrators and any user with "Manage Devices" rights can also edit and delete notes from other users.
