Service Logbook

The service logbook allows you to record service operations. You can make notes on anything relevant to the operation of your machine. Think about configuration changes, maintenance work carried out and problems encountered. This gives you and your colleagues a central overview of all service interactions on your machine.

Any user can add notes, edit and delete their own notes. Platform administrators and users with Manage Devices permissions can also edit and delete other users' notes. If a note is edited by someone other than the creator of the note, it will be visible in the note details view.  

Notes can be written in plain text or rich text format, and there is a search function for all available notes, as well as the ability to export all notes or a single note.
