Expand your service portal with information from Ridder iQ, such as service tickets, spare parts, documentation, and orders. This connector is quick and easy to install. Both Ridder iQ On-Premises or Ridder iQ Cloud are supported.
Installation of the Ridder iQ connector requires an active IXON Cloud account and an existing ERP environment (Ridder iQ On-Premises or Ridder iQ Cloud). iAnalytics will provide the necessary configuration details, authentication setup, and secure connection parameters. Once installed, the app will appear as a tab in the IXON Cloud portal, giving access to both machine data and ERP information in one interface.
