IXON_AI_EmbeddedWith the built-in AI Assistant in the Document Management app, you simply ask a question and get the right answer right away. This saves time and reduces support requests.

Files can be uploaded and will be displayed on the machine to all users.
  • Upload up to 100 files per device
  • Maximum file size of 50MB 
  • Required permission to upload/rename/remove files: Manage devices

The files are stored in IXON Cloud which requires at least Remote Access Cloud Plus or Service Portal Cloud Standard.

 

Follow these steps to install:

  • Step 1: Click the ‘Install’ button.
  • Step 2: Select your IXON company account and press 'Install'.
  • Step 3: Enable the app in Admin > Apps > Enable.
  • Step 4: Go to the Studio, open a page and drag and drop the Document manager component on the page.
  • Step 5: The AI assistant can be enabled or disabled from the Studio.
Now you are able to upload machine related files to the component. All users with access to the page are able to download the machine files.
